In the center of the Island of Ibiza, in a wonderful quiet valley, surrounded by beautiful ancient pine, almond, carob and olive trees, you will find this finca, not far from the village of San Miguel and about 5 km from the beaches of Puerto San Miguel and Benirrás and with panoramic views on the valley.
THE FINCA
In olden days, this 300 year old, recently restaured finca used to be an oil factory for the village and its surroundings. The living area has got 300m2 on a land of 7.000m2, laid out into gardens and entirely fenced. It’s got its own abundant water well.
The house is fully furnished and equipped for 10 persons, in 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ( 2 with yacuzzi ). The beautiful Lounge, with high ceiling and open fire, has got Plasma TV, Internet, DVD, Sat TV. An inside and outside fully equipped kitchen with another ancient fireplace can provide food for family and guests.
The living opens on a covered terrace, on the Swimming Pool with Solarium and the beautiful gardens with 250 olive trees.
Apart from being an enjoyable residence, this beautiful finca has got a Licence of Turistic Accomodation ( = Licencia de Vivienda Turística), which enables the owner to let the place and make publicity without any problems.
