






This group of turistic apartments in ibicencan mediterranean style is situated in the unspoilt green northern area of the Island of Ibiza, frontline, in front of the beach. All the rooms enjoy sea view. The spot is quiet, but at a short distance of the commercial center with its restaurants and supermarkets. There is a diving center at the beach.
The apartments are build on terraces, climbing up the hillside, on a piece of land of 1.800m2. The constructed surface is 700m2 plus Terraces, Swimming Pool, Gardens and private Parking Place. In the whole there are 14 turistic apartments ( with licence in force), of which 10 have got 2 bedrooms each and 4 have got only 1 bedroom: in all 24 bedrooms. All the apartments have got an equipped kitchen and a bathroom and the big ones also a spacious terrace and a chimney in the living.
The last apartment is build like an “eagle nest” on top of it all, has got 2 bathrooms, big terraces, fantastic views and could be used as residence for owner or manager (as well as best apartment).
There are provided 2 bedrooms for the staff, with a bathroom in the between. There is also a Reception room with terrace, a Junk room, a room for the electricity meters and 2 Toilets for the Bar.
On the ground floor, overlooking the street, the terrace with the Swimming Pool and the sea view, there is a roomy, sunny Bar , with a well equipped Kitchen. A leaning roof, secured by solid wooden beams, confers to this café character and atmosphere.
We think this business could be very interesting for a couple or a family to run it, because of its size and nice situation for a living. There is the attractive possibility to run the business 6 months during the summer and have the other 6 months free to travel or rest and prepare the next season. The edifice is tastefully build, with quality in construction and details, in a typical mediteranean style, very appreciated by visitors. The general condition is good, because build with quality materials, though it needs painting.
